As a Solutions Specialist, you will be the trusted partner for our customers to guide them and provide technical support on Hologic products. You will own a solution to the challenges presented and will engage the relevant expertise when you require additional support. We are looking for a true team player passionate about communication and working in a diverse environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver excellent customer support & experience to end-users for both technical and application issues

• Gather all information required that will assist in root cause analysis to ensure customer uptime

• Share knowledge within the team

• Participate in continuous improvement on our processes & service delivery

• Take ownership to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Willing to become a recognized and trusted expert in Hologic products

• While remaining compliant, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Fluent verbal and written English, Spanish and Italian language skills are essential. Knowledge of French will be advantageous.

• Customer Service Experience

• Adaptability in a fast pace growing and changing environment

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently, with sense of initiative and a hands-on approach

• Having molecular biology background and/or lab experience will be advantageous
