The DTC Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of direct to consumer (DTC) marketingand consumer demand generation for the SculpSure brand. She/he will lead the development and execution of strategicand tactical plans that build awareness for SculpSure and drive consumer leads for our Providers. Thecandidate will be a strong leader and partner for internal marketing and functional teams, and will actively contribute
to Cynosure’s continued growth, while building best-in-class consumer marketing capabilities. The DTC MarketingManager will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Body Contouring franchise.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Develops, executes and measures the DTC marketing and branding strategy that achieves our strategic goals for SculpSure.
Executes all aspects of brand development, consumer insight development, consumer claims, messaging, consumer acquisition, engagement and retention, media planning, execution and tracking across multiple DTC communication channels for Body Contouring.
Partners closely with the Digital Strategist to develop digital plans and optimizations that supports consumer acquisition, engagement and retention goals. Includes digital media planning, execution and tracking across digital communication channels (social channels, email, display, website, etc.). Ensures strong alignment with Digital Strategist on content strategy and application within digital channels.
Leads production of and promotes compelling content (videos, social media, blogs, etc.) that supports our DTC goals.
Collaborates closely with internal Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, CSM’s, AMPS, Sales, Finance, Commercial Analytics, Legal, Regulatory, and external agency partners in the execution of consumer marketing plans.
Leverages market research, consumer insights, competitive benchmarking and metrics tracking to guide and optimize creative, messaging and media strategies
Manages the Consumer brand budget with leadership from Sr. Product Manager, including tracking invoices, reporting and routing for approvals.
Partners with franchise leaders on rolling out targeted DTC strategies and tactics across other product lines
Experienced consumer marketer with proven results in driving growth on the business
Experience in leading development of brand and consumer content. Thrives in understanding consumer audiences and how to reach and engage
Highly accountable and acts with urgency, with experience in managing projects with ambitious milestones, having accomplished milestones on time and on budget
Demonstrated strategic and competitive mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and quickly change direction in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to collaborate with internal cross functional teams and manage external agency partners
Up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing and measurement
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Familiarity with Google Analytics a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in consumer marketing
Experience with SEO /SEM, email marketing and lead nurture, social media and display advertising campaign development, execution and tracking
Experience in aesthetics/beauty industry is a plus
