The purpose of the Clinical Specialist is to provide clinical training support to new and existing Cynosure distributors and end users on an as-needed basis and develop cynosure clinical expertise within the specific region. Reporting directly to EMEA Business director and collaborating with EMEA clinical and marketing teams.
You will be working in the regions of the Middle East and Russia. You will have involvement with European markets which will be considered based on the candidate profile and development objectives.
ME markets are ( UAE, Egypt, Iran, KSA, Qatar, Bahrian, Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Iraq, Oman)
Your general repsonsibilities will be to:
Maintain and improve on the quality of Cynosure dealers training standards and promote a positive learning experience for all customers. Ensure staff:
Welcome any and all questions
Understand the variance in distributors and customers laser experience and respond accordingly
Facilitate customers understanding between areas requiring strict adherence to established treatment guidelines vs. various techniques which may be employed
Ensuring that all trained Distributors & Customers are comfortable and confident in their ability to safely and effectively perform treatments on their patients
Facilitate continued education events within specific region
Attend and assist in supporting Clinical Education at National & international conferences
Contribute to the ongoing learning process of all Clinical Specialists/Consultants by sharing information and experiences
Communicate with their respective supervisor any issues that may need addressing and offer potential solutions to these issues
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a scientific and medical background (Physician, Nurse, Physiotherapist, bioengineer etc)
Have clinical training experience (Laser and/or Light Based medical and/or cosmetic lasers is preferable).
Must have the ability to travel up to 75% of the time including some weekends
Driven and have the ability to work independently and with a team
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
As needed, participate in regional workshops and user’s meetings to provide support for Sales, Marketing and Customers
Must be able to travel to customer locations by air or car and with frequent overnight stays
