Role: Regional Business Manager, Diagnostics Benelux

Location: Belgium or Netherland Remote

Travel: up to 60% regional & international

We are looking for a skilled and driven Regional Business Manager to join our Diagnostics division in Benelux.

What you can expect:

• You will develop, achieve and maintain regional business growth and market share growth through exceptional sales execution and leadership.

• Responsible for the management of the Diagnostics Business in Benelux.

• Development of strategic business plans which align with regional goals and objectives and accountability for short, medium, and long-term strategies.

• Responsible for coaching, developing, and engaging their team and motivating them to achieve relevant targets.

• Responsible for provision of excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.

• Effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand.

What we are looking for:

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the IVD, Medical Device or Biotech market in Benelux

• Complex sales processes within IVD, Medical Device or Biotech industries

• P&L management, financial acumen

• Dutch & English Language, French is an advantage

Skills:

• Stakeholder mapping and engagement

• Strategic and future thinking to drive business growth

• Problem solving, ability to unpick complex situations

• Proven sales leadership with at least two years of experience developing and creating high performing, engaged sales teams

• Ability to identify and sponsor high potential talent
