Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic development initiatives for Hologic's Pathology Solutions portfolio.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of Pathology, Digital Pathology systems, and Artificial Intelligence.
Establish strategic partnerships and develop biomarker assays across platform technologies.
Analyze market trends and execute strategies for market expansion.
Develop and implement global marketing and commercial strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
Leadership experience in medical equipment sales and marketing.
Advanced knowledge of digital diagnosis and AI-assisted diagnosis.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
