We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What to Expect:
As a Sales Administrator at Hologic, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations. Here’s what you can expect from your role:
Managing and updating sales-related databases and ensuring the accuracy of sales records.
Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Coordinating with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and inventory management.
Facilitating communication between the sales team and other departments, such as finance and customer service.
Providing administrative support to sales staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
Processing customer orders, quotes, and contracts with precision and in compliance with company policies.

Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
