As a Strategic Account Manager , you will develop, achieve and maintain business growth and market share by defining and implementing a commercial strategy in the area of procurement for large lab networks.

Ambitious and driven, you will know exactly how to create sales plans to identify leverage on key relationships for long-term sales growth.

You will be a natural communicator, able to build meaningful relationships with your customers and become a trusted advisor.

You will coach and develop your colleagues in this focus, motivating them to achieve our strategic plans and annual sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Create strategies to expand market shares on Large private lab Networks or Large public groups

  • Detect sales opportunities with a competitive, technical and clinical approach

  • Building close relationships with C-suites level on Large private lab Networks or Large public groups

  • Organize project teams meetings or follow-up calls

  • Build & train Key Account Managers on dedicated sales approach for large Networks.

  • Monitor & report market trends & competitive activity

  • Negotiate partnership agreements with Hologic’s most valuable customers

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in medical diagnostics, clinical, sales or technical

  • Experience managing large procurement processes in France, specifically with private networks

  • Leadership capability, proven evidence of direct or indirect people management

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder both with colleagues and external stakeholders

  • Results driven, process minded with an ability to solve complex problems

  • Fluent in French and English
