The role of the Regional Business Manager (RBM) is to support the National Sales Manager (NSM) on the implementation of the commercial strategy in order to reach both sales & profitability targets. He/She reach the latter by developing of the sales team through coaching and perfect execution. He/she should be a driver of Sales Force Effectiveness program to enhance commercial performance.

Your main duties/responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met. It is expected that RBM will spend more than 50% of the time in the field coaching

  • Develop & Implement strategies for Key Accounts in his/her territory for both private & public customer (Large accounts and Public screenings)

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

  • Improved sales reporting structure based upon business needs and in line with International sales and financial reporting formats in order to analyze the sales evolution per line of product, units, ASP evolution …

  • Analyze territory, account and product sales to identify market gaps, sales opportunities and business risks and support the development of Customer segmentation;

  • Support the proper use of CRM-system to be able to extract competitive intelligence

  • Conduct strategic account reviews to identify new business growth opportunities

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated successful track record of leading sales teams to delivering/exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

  • Experience in the healthcare Industry (diagnostics, medical devices and or pharmaceutical)

  • Demonstrated experience in coaching sales teams and usage of Sales Force Effectiveness to deliver superior execution and sales results

  • Experience with CRM systems (salesforce, siebel)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from an accredited university, preferable in engineering, economics or life sciences (pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, etc.)

  • Good English skills written and speaking
