In this role you will be providing administrative support within the EMEA Customer Services and Logistics department.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Customer Service Primary Duties

  • Coordination and input of day to day customer orders processing on Hologic’s Oracle business system for the Breast and Skeletal Health distributor markets in Europe

  • Resolving and monitoring of customer (internal and external) issues via phone and email in an efficient and timely manner;

  • Maintaining a constructive relationship with various Hologic departments (Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance), helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues to avoid disruption to customer orders, while contributing to continuous improvement of processes

  • Ensuring good and accurate maintenance of customer information and equipment details on Oracle and other databases used within the department

  • Maintain a working and up-to-date knowledge of relevant Hologic products

  • Responsibility for all “Quality” elements relating to the position, following processes and procedures as instructed

  • Generating and analyzing reports of daily operations to proactively prevent errors

  • Support and provide cover for colleagues in the event of absence i.e. vacation, course attendance etc

  • Provide back up to other regions as required

Logistics Primary Duties

  • Arranging deliveries to, and collections from, customer/distributor sites through 3rd party couriers, and liaising with 3PL warehouses regarding inbound and outbound activities

  • Shipping transactions in Oracle and creation of shipping documents

  • Follow up and processing of inventory receipts in Oracle

  • Facilitate stock counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies

Other Duties

  • Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the position Manager or Senior Management Team

  • Bachelor degree and/or knowledge through customer service and/or logistics work experience, preferably in an international and healthcare industry environment

  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French

  • Knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word and Excel) application is required

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems; e.g. Oracle, SAP, Siebel
