The Manager of Sales Enablement will be a key partner to the Director of Sales Enablement within the Sales Enablement Team. This role will be responsible for identifying and leading initiatives that drive Sales Force Effectiveness - primarily CRM utilization, support, training, and evolution in the Diagnostics division (Sales and Service). This person will act as a change agent within the division, to drive continuous improvement and establish best practices for the commercial organization. They will liaise regularly with Information Services (IS) in Marlborough, MA and in San Diego, CA and be the go to person for leveraging SFDC to drive business results.
The Manager of Sales Enablement role is a high visibility, high impact role working on one of the major initiative for the Sales, Marketing and Service teams in Hologic. This individual will routinely be expected to deliver critical insights and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Service and IS Management, based on a deep understanding of the drivers of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Sales Force Effectiveness
Support the Sr. Director of Sales Excellence and Director of Sales Enablement with key initiatives that strengthen the Sales Organization
Provide Vision and Steering for the SFDC Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Pardot, and CPQ (Steelbrick) Strategy within the Diagnostics Division
Responsible for CRM strategy, planning, and execution within the Diagnostics division
Collect and analyze business requirements, procedures, and problems to provide solutions
Drive program execution and adoption
Be a single point of contact for Customer Experience
Manage a group of 1 Sales Enablement Analyst, 1 Service Enablement Analyst, and 3 Sales Support Analysts
Act as front line of support for end user requests for help
Partner with Information Services (IS) Customer Experience (CX) and Managed Services resources for Tier 2 support needs, hot fix, and on-going enhancements
Work with Marketing to operationalize SFDC – Pardot into the Insight Driven Innovation (IDI) Process and ongoing Marketing efforts
Act as the voice of the sales and service organizations to assist with vetting, selecting and implementing new solutions, enhancements, and fixes
Work with the Service Organization to ensure alignment around all Sales Effectiveness initiatives or indicators
Lead Change and Drive Process Adoption with the Sales and Service Management Team
Develop strong relationships with sales management to support user adoption, ensure proper use of applications and foster growth and change around the CRM application and the corresponding business processes
Partner with Sales Training to collaborate on performance gaps
Partner with Service Teams including Clinical Applications, Technical Support, and Field Service to support user requirements and continuous improvement within Field Service Lightning
Be an Expert with SFDC Sales, Field Service Lightning CPQ (Steelbrick), Sales Effectiveness and Commercial Excellence
Keep abreast of new SFDC features, best practices and recommendations for process improvement
Provide insights to the division/Commercial Excellence team from thought leaders/leading organizations on Sales Effectiveness and Commercial Excellence
SFDC environment in a multi divisional/sub divisional remote structure
Experienced with SFDC Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Pardot, and CPQ (Steelbrick).
Experienced working in an Agile Method
Building champions and leading adoption across the Commercial Sales and Service organization measuring and improving Sales and Service organization performance and productivity
Sales and Service process refinement and metrics
Strategic alignment of sales force initiatives
Sales or Service management experience preferred
Sales operations or sales analytics
Change management initiatives
Bachelor’s degree required. Six Sigma, SFDC preferred
8-10 years of relevant sales, effectiveness, sales excellence, CRM and/or sales analytics experience required, demonstrating a steady career progression with increasing roles of responsibility.
