Job Summary:

In this position, you will be supporting the Diagnostics division of Hologic. This position is responsible for reviewing and/or developing sales contracts and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure sales contract documents are in compliance with and adhere to Hologic legal terms, conditions, and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research: pricing, existing contracts

  • Develop key relationships with business area stakeholders

  • Collaborate with area stakeholders to identify and refine strategies and processes to support Hologic interests

  • Review, draft and negotiate standard sales contracts

  • Prepare and/or participate in the preparation of sales proposals, agreements and related documents including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and cross-divisional customer contracts

  • Collaborate with Contracts Specialists, along with Hologic’s Legal and other stakeholders to support the negotiations of customer contract terms and conditions, and ensure sales contracts are consistent with Hologic’s terms, conditions, policies and procedures

  • Participate in and support cross-divisional efforts to develop and implement a consistent customer contract framework and standardized terms and conditions across Hologic

  • Coordinate review and input from appropriate business functions and cross-functional teams as needed to complete contracting documents

  • Coordinate with the other members of the Contracts team to ensure effective workflow, consistent process execution and unified approaches throughout the Contracts department

  • Lead and/or participate in process improvement projects for Contracts department

  • Train new hires on contracting guidelines and processes

  • Participate in all required job training and development courses and seminars

  • Cross train on other functions to provide back up support to other Contracts Specialists

  • Work on projects as needed

  • Minimal travel for meetings and seminars

  • Other requests as assigned by Manager

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines under pressure

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Must possess strong technical and leadership competencies to succeed in a sales organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to learn other Microsoft Office applications

  • Participate in all required job training and development courses and seminars

  • Salesforce experience a plus.

  • Other requests as assigned by Management


Bachelor’s Degree; Paralegal, MBA, or relevant advanced degree a plus


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal/contracting department

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate legal/contracting department in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience working with sales contracts in the healthcare industry is preferred
