Hologic is seeking a Regional Business Manager for the region of Mexico and Central America (MEX & CA), responsible for the commercialization of our Breast Health & Skeletal Health (BSH) portfolios. In this role you are responsible for creating and sustaining a business growth model through our business partners by establishing strong channels of communication with various departments and managing various channel programs.

Regional sales managers are responsible for training channel partners and overseeing account profiles, managing opportunities, and monitoring competitor activity. You will perform these tasks while fostering communication with resellers and creating plans for market share growth. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for communicating channel activities and developing strategies to implement organizational goals of growth.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Prepare and play a key role in building a long term 5-year strategic plan for the region.

  • Implement an annual regional strategic business plan that delivers consistent achievement of organizational goals and profitability by product portfolio.

  • Hold business partners accountable to focusing on Hologic product portfolios by delivering on established Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

  • Hold our business partners accountable to sales targets and forecast by conducting quarterly and annual reviews.

  • Collaborate with Product Specialists to support our business partners on their growth journey by ensuring they are trained in product sales, marketing, market access and KOL development.

  • Leverage customer relationships with country level stakeholders with long-term business strategies that integrate our product portfolios within national society guidelines and the reimbursement landscape.

  • Lead the successful commercialization of new product launches.

  • Manage funnel of opportunities to reach commercial goals quarterly.

  • Analyze specific market conditions and build a strategy based on opportunities.

  • Coordinate internal approvals processes by engaging internal stakeholders.

  • Lead the pricing initiatives to optimize profitability and increase market share.

  • Remains current on competitive market conditions. Successful candidates require core competencies to perform in a dynamic healthcare environment that requires innovative strategies and capability to function independently with clear objectives to accomplish.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with medical staff and sales/marketing colleagues.

  • Adept at connecting to a wide range of individuals and networking with the intent of growing business.

  • Ability to manage a wide range of distributors network across several countries in the region.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Display accountability, lead and develop others, demonstrate business acumen and organizational astuteness and you will thrive on self-driven initiative.

  • Possess strong listening and interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral and written presentation skills.

  • Passionate with strong work ethic and results driven.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor of arts degree preferred or relevant work experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

  • Excellent knowledge of LATAM healthcare environment preferred.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Overnight travel required up to 70%.

  • The successful candidate will be located within the US in proximity to Mexico or Costa Rica.
