Description

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will provide day to day operational and analytical support to the sales management and field-based teams for the supported business unit. This individual will be expected to routinely provide insight and business recommendations based on analysis involving our data, markets, customers, strategy, and performance. The role will providestrategic and tactical support by analyzing, maintaining and cleansing data from various sources including Oracle, Qliksense, Siebel, Terralign, and Salesforce.com. This individual will be expected to develop accurate reporting tools to support sales objectives, identify opportunities for improvement with sales operations processes, play a key role in forecasting, support adoption of our CRM system, lead special projects, track sales performance, and deliver analysis as needed on an ad hoc basis.

  • Proven ability to effectively analyze and communicate relevant information and insights to senior management

  • High level of business acumen and history of driving tangible results within an organization

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically about proposed programs or process changes, and provide recommendations for improvement. A continuous improvement focus is highly desired.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Time management and prioritization skills

  • Motivated, self-starter, with a solid work ethic, ability to manage change, and a “can-do” attitude a must

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Experience with Oracle, OBI, Siebel, Salesforce.com, CRM strongly preferred

  • Expert skill level in Excel required (Pivot tables etc.)

Education

BA or BS required, preferably with a focus on business, finance, economics, statistics, or related coursework

MBA preferred

Experience

5 to 7 years in a related position

Experience in the medical device industry preferred but not required

Specialized Knowledge

Experience with Oracle, Qliksense, Siebel, and CRM preferred. Demonstrated expert skill with Microsoft Excel required.
