The Sales Operations Analyst will provide day to day operational and analytical support to Sales and Marketing management and Field Sales teams for the Surgical Division. This individual will be expected to but not limited to providing insight and business recommendations based on analysis involving our process, data, customers, strategy, and performance. This individual will be involved in continuous Surgical SFDC enhancements working with our counterparts to gathering requirements, test and move to Production. This individual will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement with sales operations processes, support new user and new account set up, work with Managers on territory alignment, support adoption of our CRM system (SFDC), lead special projects, and deliver analysis as needed on an ad hoc basis.

  • Proven ability to effectively analyze and communicate relevant information and insights to senior management

  • High level of business acumen and history of driving tangible results within an organization

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically about proposed programs or process changes and provide recommendations for improvement. A continuous improvement focus is highly desired.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Time management and prioritization skills

  • Motivated, self-starter, with a solid work ethic, and a “can-do” attitude a must

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in changing business environments

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Experience with Oracle, Siebel, Salesforce.com, CRM strongly preferred

  • Expert skill level in Excel required (Pivot tables etc.)


BA or BS required (MBA preferred), preferably with a focus on business, finance, or related coursework


3 to 5 years in a related position and experience in the medical device industry preferred but not required

Specialized Knowledge

Experience with Oracle, Siebel, SFDC CRM, Qlik preferred. Demonstrated expert skill with Microsoft Excel required.
