Reporting to the Director of Master Data Management, this position is responsible for the development and maintenance of Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) affiliation data for Hologic customers and prospects. This position will partner with Master Data Management, National Accounts, National Contracts, Sales, Service, Marketing, Pricing, Information Services and other Hologic teams as well as with third party data providers and IDN & GPO.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accuracy of IDNand GPO affiliation data

  • Includes frequent periodic updates

  • Responsible for the development andimplementation of business and system processes for maintaining IDN and GPOaffiliation data

  • Includes implementation of newbusiness requirements

  • Includes periodic affiliationchanges

  • Includes mass change scenarios suchas Acquisition, Divestiture and Merger

  • Includes identification andresolution of error conditions

  • Establish and maintain excellentworking relationships with business partners, including consumers of IDN andGPO affiliation data

  • Perform analysis and resolution ofcomplex data relationship and data cleansing scenarios

  • Participate in system initiativesaround IDN and GPO affiliation data including the development and execution oftest plans for system implementations and upgrades

  • Manage research requests frominternal customers around network membership

  • Develop and implement business processesto maintain and increase data accuracy

  • Execute short-term, high priority,data management tasks

  • Work with the reporting team on reporting requirements

  • Ability to understand complex datamodels and business processes related to master data domains such as Customerand Customer Relationship

  • Ability to analyze large amounts ofdata to identify trends and appropriate actions

  • Results focused – ability to leadand work with cross functional teams to complete complex projects andinitiatives on time with high quality results

  • Ability to lead teams, projects andinitiatives, including collection and synthesis of requirements,recommendations, working with business and Information Service groups toimplement

  • Must be able to be successful in anextremely fast-paced and constantly changing environment

  • Demonstrated ability to bringstructure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically approach problem solving,and manage execution

  • Demonstrated ability to planstrategically, identify strategic options and trade-offs

  • Very good analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, collaborationand influencing skills

  • Experience with master datamanagement, transactional data, data governance and stewardship, along withexperience working with IDN and GPO data, is highly desired

  • Strong organizational skills,self-motivation, and detail oriented

  • Demonstrated ability to produceresults, while working under time pressures

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Experience:

  • 7+ years previous experience in aMaster Data Management (MDM) role and/or related field

  • Project management experience

  • IDN and GPO architecturesand practices

  • Knowledge of OracleE-Business Suite release 12, Oracle Trading Community Architecture data modeland Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) is a plus

  • Knowledge ofSalesforce.com is a plus

  • System implementation experience

  • Experience creating and/or workingwith automated tools & scripts to perform data matching is a plus
