Summary

Ensures fast, efficient, and accurate order-to-delivery execution of the Spares Order Global spare parts order fulfillment processes to maximize service levels, reduce equipment downtime, and ensure Customer delight.

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Executes Order-to-Delivery processes to achieve a minimum 95% on-time delivery

  • Maintains minimum in-bound phone call and order creation volumes

  • Implements DC & Trunk stock Inventory transfer process based on recommendations from team leads

  • Maintains high level of customer service for both internal and external customers with immediate turn around for all requests and communications

  • Supports expediting process with sources of Supply to meet urgent Customer requirements

  • Provides support to FSE’s and Dealers on issues of product availability & part number identification

  • Audit Parts orders for accuracy as needed

  • Utilize IS solutions (Oracle, Agile, etc.) to streamline Spare Parts fulfilment procedures

  • Respond to inquiries for order status and Parts information as required.

  • Monitor order status and escalate any issues that may impact service level

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks with changing levels of priority due to customer and field service demands

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, both oral and written

  • Adept at working in cross functional teams to solve problems affecting process flow

  • Proficiency PC/Window – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Oracle ERP Experience, and/or best-in-class Planning tools (Baxter, Kinaxis, etc.) highly desirable

Education

  • High School Degree; Associated/Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience

  • Zero to three (0-3) years (or more) in a customer oriented environment involving direct contact with customers and responsibility for problem solving.
