The Associate Product Manager will support the Brand and Integrated Marketing teams for the Hologic Surgical Division through collateral and campaign development, daily product management needs, and through the creation and management of small digital marketing campaigns. This role, for the right candidate, can serve as a stepping stone into Brand or Digital marketing opportunities.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities

  • Support brand leads throughout the supply chainprocess, ensuring consistent communication to internal and externalstakeholders as needed.

  • Contribute to marketing activities, includingcollateral creation and promotion/campaign assistance related to thepromotion of the Office access tools business, as well as MyoSure andNovaSure as needed

  • Own smaller projects that go across the full portfolio,such as National Account messaging, or reimbursement changes updates

  • Support general marketing business activities,including field communication and budget coordination, as needed

  • Partner with tradeshow lead for key shows to act as anextra set of hands during the event

  • Develop and manage digital marketing tactics (socialmedia, email and websites) for HCPs and Patients

  • Work with internal and external agency partners togenerate content and own review process, meeting timelines for deliverables.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong relationship building skill set to driveprojects across multiple stakeholders (internal and external)

  • Proficientin all aspects of Microsoft Office

  • Experiencewith Creative platforms (InDesign) and CMS platforms (Wordpress, Drupal) desiredbut not mandatory


  • Bachelor's degree required.


  • 1-3 years’ experience in Brand and Digital Marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 1 year experience with Master’sdegree

  • Some work with agency partners is valuable for thisrole.

  • Evidence of interaction experience with a sales forceand customers is a benefit for this role.
