Our Regional EMEA Canada HR team supports our organizational success through the attraction, acquisition and retention of the best talents for our teams. Sitting as part of our HR team our In-house Talent Acquisition team are forward-thinking, innovative and customer-focused. We are driving change through new and exciting approaches to both existing challenges and future needs.
As part of this program of activities we are looking to welcome to our team a new Talent Acquisition Junior Resourcer. As an In-house Talent Acquisition Resourcer for the EMEA Canada Talent Acquisition team, you will be partnering with a small but perfectly formed team of six on all activities relating to Talent Identification and engagement.
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will provide vital market insights on the talent landscape in which we operate.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Utilizing state of the art sourcing techniques and technologies to identify talents for our business
Owning the sourcing and researching process and will be the first point of contact for candidate interactions
Conducting first stage competency-based telephone interviews of suitable candidates, providing feedback and detailed notes
Working as part of a small team you will support and partner with the Talent Acquisition Partners to understand and translate role requirements both current and future in order to develop strong pipelines of “Hire Ready Talent” for the business
Market map and share your insights on the current talent situation, to enable us to amend our strategies and directions and to ultimately win talent first!
To be successful in this role you will need:
A background in Resourcing, Sourcing or TA researching is a must
You will have strong technical capabilities as it relates to navigating systems/tools and will have proven experience of modern sourcing techniques including, but not limited to; Boolean search, XRay search, networking and referrals
You will be proactive and have the ability to communicate well, build relationships through both written and spoken word and be able to engage candidates with the opportunities Hologic offers
As a high growth organization the ability to work with pace and maintain quality and consistency is of the highest priority across the entire HR team
