Hologic is seeking a Senior Project Accountant based in Manchester to lead and deliver continuous improvement and IT enhancement projects, supporting our Accounting and FP&A teams across the International division covering EMEA and APAC.
What will you bring to the role?
Project Leadership experience is highly desirable.
Accounting Qualification required – fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA
Knowledge of financial accounting and analysis with strong analytical skills
Ability to understand finance processes and undertake process reviews to identify improvements and implement efficient and compliant processes
Understanding of finance activities across the function including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, GL, and FP&A reporting.
Support Financial analysis projects as required to provide valuable insights into P&L and Balance sheets.
Drive continuous improvements and standardization in processes. Best practice sharing across the EMEA SSC and APAC finance team.

You will be the lead project analyst in a close-knit team of 3 reporting to the Senior Manager who values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
