Are you passionate about transforming clinical practices and empowering healthcare professionals with cutting-edge knowledge? Hologic is on the lookout for a dedicated Medical Education Specialist to be a part of our dynamic GYN Surgical team, where innovation meets impact!

As a Medical Education Specialist with Hologic, you will be responsible for defining the medical education strategy, delivering exceptional educational and training programs to clinicians, healthcare providers, and internal teams.

Remote based, you will travel nationally to ensure that the medical community is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to optimize the use of Hologic's state-of-the-art products and services.

Your Impact:

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will develop and own the Medical Education Strategy for the UK

  • Develop and lead engaging and informative training sessions that captivate audiences and drive clinical proficiency.

  • Develop educational materials and curricula that set the standard for clinical instruction for differing attendee profiles.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor training strategies to diverse learning needs.

  • Provide expert support and guidance, shaping the future of healthcare practices.

  • Measure the effectiveness of educational programs and adapt strategies to maximize learning outcomes.

  • Work closely with the clinical applications team to deliver best in class local, and national education.

What You'll Bring:

  • A passion for innovation within the medical device field, with an interest in women’s health

  • An understanding of clinical environments, and interactions within different environments

  • Knowledge and understanding of the NHS, with experience engaging with HCP’s as faculty, and the ability to foster strong relationships.

  • A degree in life sciences, medicine, nursing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in clinical education, training, or a similar role in the healthcare sector.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.

  • The drive to stay abreast of the latest medical technologies and teaching methodologies.

  • Independence, with strong organisation and project management skills

  • Experience within the surgical field is highly desirable, but not necessary – our team are keen to impart their knowledge.
