Role Summary: As the AP Specialist you will be the first point of contact for accounts payable queries from both suppliers and internal colleagues across the EMEA region. Building relationships with our business partners to ensure the timely settlement of invoices is achieved and the correct processes and procedures are adhered to. Our mission is to become the best Finance Shared Service centre in the North West whilst helping to improve women’s lives across the world. To be successful, we need you to know:

• Understanding of Accounts Payable process end to end

• Resolution of queries

• Supplier reconciliations

• Experience of ERP accounting systems

• Experience of No PO No Pay policy

We require you to have the following skills:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Proactive approach to problem solving

• Strong organizational to be able to prioritize workload and manage shared mailbox

• Attention to detail when investigating queries

• Proficient in managing a changing environment
