Better align the offers we submit with the needs of the customer segment and the strategies of the business.
Drive the development of detailed offers and scenarios for the Director of National Accounts or Sales leader, leveraging product expertise, business acumen and professional judgment while adhering to contracting strategies and price strategies.
Develop rigorous, error-proof offers and analysis (where needed) maintaining a high attention to details of the offer while still seeing the emerging patterns, trends and insights across offers.
Display a high degree of ownership for the quality of the offer and the fit with our strategic and financial objectives.
Provide all necessary documentation / files (impact analysis, competitive cross references, basic redlining)/ rationale to relevant stakeholders (e.g., Contract Admin, account owner.)
A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Commercial Leadership, Health Economics or related business experience.
Minimum of a BS/BA is required. A degree in Business, Finance, or Sales & Marketing is required. An MBA and/or an advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing or other related field required.
Familiarity with monetization models for capital, disposable, and service businesses. Emphasis on Service and XaaS models.
Self-starter and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to implement strategies based on competitive dynamics, economic goals, and customer needs.
Strong desire to exceed expectations.
Naturally inquisitive and not satisfied with the status quo.
Experience with managing special projects within the Offer Development function.
Experience assisting in comprehensive analytics is required.
Customer price benchmarking experience is preferred (e.g. ECRI, MDBuyline, Broadjump, primary research.)
Ability to identify, prioritize, & interpret information and data from disparate systems.
Exceptional attention to detail, customer service and results orientation.
Excellent Communication – written & verbal – internal & external.
Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to explain complex analyses in simplified terms.
