Hologic is seeking a Women’s Health Specialist (WHS).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide product sales expertise and product knowledge to customers in conjunction with Account and Senior Account Executives (AE/SAE) to achieve the sales objectives set forth by Hologic, Inc

  • Demonstrate all features and functionality of Hologic breast imaging and interventional products

  • Provide competitive information/new product information to SAE/AEs

  • Provide competitive market information to corporate marketing

  • Interact with corporate for ongoing updates on products, new R& D products, connectivity issues, clinical technology, sales strategy

  • Encourage and arrange conference calls with regional sales director to update region on new product information, competitive intelligence, clinical updates etc

  • Provide ongoing training of SAE/AE’s and dealers (when applicable) through conference calls, periodic regional meetings and in the field training

  • Maintain full understanding and knowledge of all Hologic breast health products and all other adjunct technologies as developed or introduced into the market including configurations, new features, software enhancements, market use and pricing

  • Customize clinical and technical presentations for the audience, utilizing appropriate resources in a professional manner

  • Increase Sales Support in designated WHS Region, which includes increasing the interaction with internal Hologic resources to improve Customer Satisfaction /Service

  • Establish and Maintain relationships with key customers including site references

  • Coordinate and support all site visits with AEs in the Region to include Product Coach when in their area.

  • Provide Sales Support with Presentations and Product Demonstrations tailored to customer’s needs.

  • Manage requests for site visits from another Region assuring that they have gone through the WHS and RSD for that Region

  • Prior to site visit, discuss with AE all account specific needs of the customer including but not limited to, CAD, Connectivity and Imaging workflow

  • Update and arrange all communication with host site

  • Provide win/loss information to corporate as requested

  • Review each AE’s forecast with Clinical Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director through accessing forecasts through CRM or through email communication to ascertain activity, prioritizing commitments, site visits, and presentations accordingly.

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • Effective time management skills


  • BS degree in the Sciences preferred

  • Radiology Technologist preferred


  • 5 or more years within a clinical environment; prior sales and or sales support experience preferred.Prior experience within Breast Imaging including applicable registrations and certifications as deemed appropriatePrior experience in presenting technical and/or clinical information a plus Agency and Third Party Recruiter Notice: Agencies that submit a resume to Hologic must have a current executed Hologic Agency Agreement executed by a member of the Human Resource Department.
